SHIPPING:
I accept payment only through paypal. Paypal payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase. I may cancel your order without warning if payment arrangements have not been made within the two day grace period. Most items ship within two days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on Friday evenings will ship on the following Monday.
Taxes are included. No refunds, exchanges only within 10 days of purchase. No cancellation fees. If insurance is not purchased, refunds will not be given for lost or damaged items. Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping rate. If you want shipping insurance, please let me know.
SHIPPING:
Please note that due to the fact I no longer have a vehicule, I cannot make trips to the Post Office everyday. Until my personal situation is resolve...I'm going to ship all orders only once a week (Monday or Thursday). I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this temporary situation might cause you....
Shipping by Canada post. If you want shipping insurance, please let me know.
I ship to paypal addresses only. Please be sure that the address you have on file with Etsy is identical to the address on file with Paypal. I ship to Paypal addresses unless other arrangements have been made (gifts that need to be sent directly to the recipient, for example). If the addresses are different, your order may be delayed or cancelled if I cannot be sure of the transactions legitimacy.
TRACKING
I generally do not ship with tracking, as Canada Post charges substantially more for this. If you do require tracking though, please notify me before hand and I can calculate what the shipping will be. For larger orders, it may not be that much more.
Shipping times vary when mailing outside of Canada, due to customs etc, so I cannot guarantee shipping times. Most items take anywhere from 9-15 business days, and on occasion a bit longer.
If you need guaranteed shipping time for a certain item, (that birthday card or baby shower present) contact me before hand and I can find a shipping method that is faster, and give you an estimate.
To My International Customers:
I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Dragonfly Expression is not responsible for those charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
I cannot lie on customs forms, and mark it as a gift when it is not. This is illegal.
The value declared on your package will be what you paid for the item. (less shipping)
All custom sales are final.
If an item does arrive damaged, please contact me with a photo of the damaged item.
EXCHANGE & REFUND:
No refunds, exchanges only within 10 days of purchase. Money paid for shipping costs is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for returning the item. I can only exchange your item if it is in unused and undamaged condition. You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs.
If you are unhappy with your items, please get in touch with me before leaving negative feedback. I will consider offering exchange/store credit for other merchandise on a case by case basis.
